7" silk. Dated "September 10th 1840." Text at sides of eagle reads "Ft. Meigs, Thames/Tippecanoe." Oval portrait w/full name above surrounded by state seals of Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island and an American eagle.
