7/8" w/Shepard Photo Co. Saint Paul back paper. Unlisted in Hake. Light surface wear only in reflected light. Exc. Superb contrast and clarity. John Lind was elected in 1898 riding the endorsements of the Populist and Silver Republican parties but was narrowly defeated in this campaign by Samuel R. Van Sant. While we have seen three different trigate designs, this is the first jugate example we have encountered. A special opportunity for advanced coattail and locals collectors as well as the astute generalist.
