Item Description
10x24x5" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 23.5" tall plastic Mattel figure No. 9860. ©1976. Part of the widely popular "Shogun Warriors" toyline that consisted of a series of imported Japanese robots based on anime and tokusatsu (any live-action film or TV drama that features considerable use of special effects) shows featuring giant robots. Box includes insert at shoulders. Full color box lid has lt. surface creasing on close inspection, minimal wear and is bright and colorful. Original Toys 'R Us price sticker on one end. Plain box bottom is very clean w/5" slice, likely from opening case originally. Still Exc. overall. Figure comes w/original illustrated instruction sheet. Second issue figure's features include - non-removable "Space Ship Brain," pair of red swords, hand that fires three spring-loaded rockets (figure comes w/complete amount of 14 plastic rockets that clip onto shoulders and legs). Chest is decal variety. Figure is NM old store stock and as nice as they come.
