11.5x16.5" DC Comics layout artboard features original pencil art by Mark Bright, inked by Romeo Tanghal for Green Lantern: Emerald Dawn #4, published by DC Comics March 1990. Page 29 features six panels, w/a rookie Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) waking to an alarm on OA and flying in response w/Tomar-Re and Katma Tui in the storyline "The Corps". Top margin has stamped title and ink issue/page numbers. DC stamp on back. Art is clean and Exc.
