Item Description
AFA graded and encapsulated case contains 13x24" cardboard bin header advertising special offer "Get A Free Boba Fett Action Figure! When You Buy Any Four Star Wars Action Figures. Mail-In Offer." Top of header features Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia portion from Star Wars movie poster by The Brothers Hildebrandt. Single-sided cardboard display was released in 1979 by Kenner and advertises the first 20 Star Wars action figures, showing photo images of the characters as they appeared in the film - Hammerhead, Greedo, Power Droid, Walrus Man, R5-D4, Luke Skywalker (X-Wing Pilot), Snaggletooth Death Star Droid, Sand People, Jawas, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia Organa, See-Threepio (C-3PO), Artoo-Detoo (R2-D2), Han Solo, Death Squad Commander, Ben (Obi-Wan) Kenobi, Darth Vader, Stormtrooper and Chewbacca. Center of display is dominated by image of "Actual Size" Boba Fett figure in starburst highlight in center w/"Boba Fett... A Fearsome Interplanetary Bounty Hunter - A Threat To The Rebel Alliance, Especially Han Solo! - A New Character In Star Wars Sequel" text. Special offer sticker covers "Rocket Firing" information and shows some aging. AFA-graded 80 NM.
