Item Description
1.5x8.25x11.25" thin cardboard box has lid graphics showing covers for "5 Complete Books By The Immortal Masters Of Literature". c. 1940s. Issued by Gilberton. Number 1-5 titles and printings are: "The Three Musketeers (5th), Ivanhoe (4th), The Count Of Monte Cristo (5th), The Last Of The Mohicans (4th) and Moby Dick (5th)". Three comic covers have text "Classic Comics Presents" and remaining two have "Classic Comics". Comics all have varied degree of wear and are Good to VG+. Box has scattered overall aging/wear and creasing. Three of four small inner flaps are missing and 2" edge tear at top front. Bright and VG. Scarce.
