Item Description
14-1/8x20" artboard (marked "Garfield 'Sunday Strip' Template" at bottom) has pen and ink over blue pencil original art for Dec. 22, 1996 Sunday page by Garfield creator Jim Davis. Sunday page features total of eight panels, including hand-lettered title panel, which has Christmas-related art w/Garfield being mostly hidden by large present. Sunday page features Garfield intently staring, w/last panel revealing Christmas tree and present, which Garfield has been attempting to use "'X-Ray Vision'" on. Garfield appears in ever panel. Davis has signed and dated seventh panel. Fourth panel has UFS copyright strip. Back has inked number. Exc.
