Item Description
19.75x19-7/8" artboard has mixed media original art used for cover to compilation double LP, from same series as previous lot. Art is by noted illustrator Richard Waldrep, who has created art for over 30 album covers. Art Deco-inspired design is dominated by large portrait of Hampton w/band and couple dancing in bkg. Artboard has acetate overlay attached at top. Some lt. glue staining and paper remnants on back where paper overlay was once attached. Some corner creases at upper left but art remains clean and Exc. Comes w/album cover proof signed in black ink by the artist. Proof shows lt. scattered handling wear w/creases and is VF.
