Item Description
3-5/8x6.5" envelope w/"Desert Plant" silk cache and "Beavertail Cactus" stamp has Dec. 11, 1981 Tucson, AZ postmark. FDC has been signed by total of six Western film/TV stars, all of whom have since passed. These include - Roy Rogers, Dale Evans, Pat Buttram, Gene Autry, Rex Allen and Clayton Moore (who has added "The Lone Ranger" character name. All have signed in black while Allen has signed in blue. Back has some minor surface paper lifting as once mounted but front still displays Exc. 2-3/8x5" lined index card has been boldly signed in blue ink by The Lone Ranger's Tonto actor Jay Silverheels. Back of card has small inked text noting Silverheels' name and "11/23/79" date. Exc. Comes w/vintage 8x10" still of Silverheels as Tonto. Come with Hake's COA and JSA LOAs. Unique lot of signatures of Western legends.
