Item Description
10.75x14" sketch paper contains tightly rendered full colored figure of a seated Plutonium Man from the DC Comics Metal Men series. Villain is wearing a sport coat and smoking a pipe like Doc Magnus. Interesting note that art is dated "3.76" and signed boldly by Walt Simonson. The Plutonium Man's first appearance was in the May 1976 issue #45 of Metal Men, so this art predates the issue date of the comic. Lt. aging/handling wear. Exc.
