Item Description
From same series as previous and following lots. 15.5" long replica of "Sting" sword w/11.5" long scabbard, constructed out of lightweight wood, heavy illustration board, etc. Sword has "Sting" name incised into one side w/flourished scrollwork while opposite side has incised signature of Beck, crown design and "1979" date. Hilt of sword has 3/8" edge chip w/glue repair and scabbard shows wear w/a few scattered small chips. Fine/VF. These Beck weapon creations rarely come up for auction and many Beck fans remain completely unaware of their existence. These three are the only examples we have ever been able to offer.
