14.5x23" thin artboard features artist John Romita Sr.'s pencil original art for page 27 of the April 1986 issue of "Star Wars: Droids" #1, published by Marvel Comics' "Star Comics" imprint which ran for 8 issues (1986-1987). John Romita Sr. (1930-2023) was an American comic book artist best known for his work on Marvel Comics' The Amazing Spider-Man and for co-creating characters including Mary Jane Watson, the Punisher, and Wolverine. Storyline "The Destroyer". Nine-panel page features C-3PO and R2-D2. Page has been inked by Carlos Garzon. Top margin has large stamped "The Droids" title and inked issue/page number. Lt. aging/handling wear. Art is Exc.
