Published Dec. 1988 by DC Comics, this copy of Adventures Of Superman #449 has its front cover boldly signed in blue felt tip pen by Superman co-creator Jerry Siegel (1914-1996), just below title/logo. Great Jerry Ordway cover art, highlighted by Siegel's signature across front of car Superman lifts from river as he rescues fellow hero Guardian. Issue shows some handling wear, w/pinch creases to spine and corner tip wear. Pages have evenly aged and remain clean. Fine overall. Comes with JSA LOA.
