Item Description
This came with at least some of the 1941 Supermen of America club member kits. Same basic design as the club buttons used (with small changes) from 1940 through 1961 (see previous lot) but all of those are 1.25" and this is the rarely seen 7/8" size used very briefly in 1941. Top edge has tiny 1/16" light scratch crossing the "R" of "Superman". On the top and right edge of his image, there is a red line off register by 1/32" as made. High gloss, perfect centering. One of five we've seen in our 56 years. Exc.
