Left is 5.25" long; right is 3.5" overall w/1" cello. Left has portrait of Lowden inside silhouette of Illinois. Text on ribbon reads "What He Has Done For (Illinois) He Can Do For the Nation/Lowden". Some even aging on ribbon, as well as areas of thinness at top left and right edges just below brass hanger. VF. Right has virtually no wear on ribbon, brass hanger, or portrait. NM. A nice pairing for the 1920 GOP hopeful.
