Item Description
4.75x6.25" two-page stationery has been folded once vertically and once horizontally. Signed in black ink "With All Good Wishes C. Gibson." Gibson (1867-1944) was an American artist who is best know for creating the "Gibson Girl," a beautiful depiction of the American woman at the end of the 19th century and into the early 20th. 5/8" strip of aging to bottom of page with some noticeable insect damage resulting in some holes which do not affect signature. 1/16" spot of insect damage to "Wishes" but does not affect legibility whatsoever. Printed, graphic letterhead has some wear as fold transverses it. Fine.Comes with Hakes COA. From the Philip G. Straus collection.
