Item Description
3.75x6" envelope contains sketch of Dennis the Menace holding a toy airplane w/USN on side. Dennis drawn by creator Hank Ketcham (1920-2001) an American cartoonist who created the Dennis the Menace comic strip, writing and drawing it from 1951 to 1994. Commemorating 50th Anniversary of Naval Aviation and stamped Aug. 20, 1961. Signed by artist "Hank Ketchum USN R 1942-1946". Lt. handling wear and Exc. Comes w/PSA/DNA Cert.
