Item Description
1.5x2.25" Cuban card produced for the Aguilitas Cigarette brand and a follow up to the 1924-25 series. The baseball cards are a subset featuring 37 players from the Cuban Professional League. This extensive 900 card set also featured movie and stage stars, boxers, soccer players and other subjects.
Juanelo Mirabal was a Cuban American baseball pitcher in the Negro leagues. He played from 1920 to 1934 with the Birmingham Black Barons and Cuban Stars (East). Designated by CSG as being from the "Richard Merkin Collection".
