11.5" long red tin car by Corco Industria, Argentina (stamped on bottom). 1960s. Osamu Tezuka's iconic manga character Mighty Atom (Astro Boy's name in Japan) as well as Dr. Tenma (the creator of the Mighty Atom robot) are at the duel steering wheels of this friction powered space car. Car shows lt. aging/wear. Clear plastic windscreen is fully intact. Friction action works. Lt. aging to plated bumpers. Displays Exc. Rare and first we've seen in our 57 years.
