Item Description
11x17" offset print on thin yellow stock produced before the show. PNW flyer promoting concerts at Seattle Center Coliseum and Portland Meadows a "Benefit Performance For No On 9 Campaign" Aug 22 & 23, 1991 featuring Nirvana. Felt tip marker inscription on verso "Went To See Ringo" that is visible in background from front. Loss at top right corner and scattered holes, staple pulls, tape remnants and margin tears. Good. These concerts were rescheduled after the birth of Kurt Cobain's daughter Frances Bean. See next lot for handbill. The inscription on verso references a concert for The Beatles drummer Ringo Star, a fascinating connection between the two iconic bands.
