Item Description
Lot of three, each is 1.25". Each button design includes Cardinal bird. In 1926 the Cards won the NL pennant w/a record of 85-65 and went on to win the World Series 4-3 vs. the New York Yankees. First button is for their "Pennant" win and design includes baseball and crossed bats. St. Louis Button Co. back paper. Next is "World Series Booster." No back paper. Final button is "Welcome Home" a reference to their previous two games on the road vs. NY. St. Louis Button Co. back paper. All have minor surface wear only seen upon magnification. All remain bright and glossy. Exc. An exceptional trio for this historic team lead by HOF manager/second baseman Rogers Hornsby.
