Item Description
16.5x23" cold press artboard contains original airbrushed art of the New X-Men's Russian powerhouse Colossus. Figure wearing a Gold's Gym tank top. Laser light across misty background makes for a pink hued reflection. Colossus is expertly rendered and appears chrome plated. Brian Stelfreeze is an American comic book artist as well as a painter, penciller, inker and colorist and has worked for nearly every major American comic book publisher. Lt. aging. Cover sheet signed by artist. and art signed at lower right. Undated but appears early, possibly a tryout for Marvel. Exc.
