Item Description
1.75". No maker. Spring pin holds ribbons (in team colors of yellow/black) and plastic baseball and bat charms. Button has classic image of pirate wearing eye patch and earring and holds a knife in his mouth (same image as previous lot) with this one in rwb. Bright and glossy. Exc.
The 1960 Pittsburgh Pirates won the National League pennant with a final record of 95-59 under manager Danny Murtaugh. The offense and defense were both led by two future National Baseball Hall of Fame electees, Roberto Clemente and Bill Mazeroski.
