Item Description
14.75x17.75" mat contains complete Vol. 66, No. 24 issue from June 20, 1969. Cover features close-up profiler photo of Joe Namath for "Behind The Namath Affair - A Question Of The Bad Company He Keeps" cover story. Namath has added his assessment of this story, bolding signing "Bull Story!" above his signature in blue felt tip pen. Magazine has mailing label on front cover at lower left and shows pinch creases to spine and scattered handling/edge/corner tip wear. Lower right has "Triumph Promotions" hologram sticker. Magazine is Fine/VF overall while signature still displays nicely. Comes w/JSA COA.

Best known for his guarantee of a Super Bowl victory over the heavily-favored Baltimore Colts in Super Bowl III, "Broadway Joe" came through w/one of the greatest upsets in sports history. Inducted in Pro Football HOF in 1985.
