Item Description
The 1962 Topps Baseball set consists of 598 cards.

Robert Gibson was an American professional baseball pitcher who played 17 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the St. Louis Cardinals (1959-1975). Gibson tallied 251 wins, 3,117 strikeouts, and a 2.91 earned run average (ERA) during his career. A nine-time All-Star and two-time World Series champion, he won two Cy Young Awards and the 1968 National League (NL) MVP Award. Bob Gibson was elected into the National Baseball Hall Of Fame in 1981. The autograph on the card is very strong w/excellent placement that doesn't impede the image on the card. The PSA population report indicates that this example is one of only two ever graded at this level w/only five other cards graded higher.
