Item Description
The 1958 Topps Baseball set consists of 494 cards.

Don James Larsen was an American professional baseball pitcher. During a 15-year Major League Baseball (MLB) career, he pitched from 1953 to 1967 for seven different teams: the St. Louis Browns / Baltimore Orioles (1953-54; 1965), New York Yankees (1955-1959), Kansas City Athletics (1960-1961), Chicago White Sox (1961), San Francisco Giants (1962-1964), Houston Colt .45's / Astros (1964-65), and Chicago Cubs (1967). Some career highlights include a two time World Series Champion, a World Series MVP in 1956 and pitching the only perfect game in World Series History in Game 5 of the 1956 World Series. The autograph on the card is bold with excellent placement. This is the highest graded example ever graded by PSA w/only two others at this same level.
