Item Description
Spalding Official AL (MacPhail) baseball has been signed in black ink on sweet spot by Hank Aaron (1934-2021). Ball is moderately aged, w/fading to red stitching. Signature has aged to brown in color and has slight fade but remains legible. Fine overall. Comes w/JSA LOA.

Widely considered one of baseball's greatest players, Aaron spent 21 seasons w/the Milwaukee/Atlanta Braves in the NL and two seasons w/the Milwaukee Brewers in the AL. At the time of his retirement, Aaron held most of the game's key career power-hitting records. He broke the long-standing MLB record for home runs held by Babe Ruth, a record he held for 33 years. Aaron was a 25-time All-Star, 1957 NL MVP, 1957 World Series champion and a member of the MLB All-Century team. Inducted into the National Baseball HOF in 1982.
