Item Description
Rawlings Official AL (MacPhail) baseball signed in blue ink by 30 members of the 1979 Baltimore Orioles. The Orioles finished first in the AL East division, w/a record of 102 wins and 57 losses. They went on to defeat the California Angels in the 1979 AL Championship Series, before losing in the 1979 World Series to the Pittsburgh Pirates. Signatures include - National Baseball HOF members Earl Weaver (1930-2013), Eddie Murray and Jim Palmer. Other key signatures include - Lee May, Jim Frey (1931-2020), Mike Flanagan (1951-2011), Ken Singleton, Rick Dempsey and Al Bumbry. Ball has scattered minor aging but signatures for the most part remain bold. VF/Exc. Comes w/JSA LOA.
