11.5x17" comic art board has pen and ink original art page 19 of The Phantom Vol. 2 #12, published by DC Comics February 1990. Art by Luke McDonnell, from "Framed" storyline. The Phantom is on the run and gets hit by a guard in a Jeep in a 6 panel page. Top margin has inked title and page number. Lt. aging/handling wear. Exc. Ed Rhoades Collection.
