11.5x17" comic art board has pen and ink original art page 18 of The Phantom Vol. 2 #12, published by DC Comics February 1990. Art by Luke McDonnell, from "Framed" storyline. The Phantom gets discovered on the side of a building and is fired upon, then falls in last panel in a 5 panel page. Top margin has inked title and page number. Lt. aging/handling wear. Exc. Ed Rhoades Collection.
