Item Description
Window box contains Megatron (Decepticon Leader) w/o rubsign. ©1984 Hasbro. Trademark logo, which is much rarer than the Registered logo. This is a former mailer as evidenced by the tape remnant seen on right side panel, w/left/right side panels having 1x1.25" area of surface paper loss from removal of said tape. Box has been opened at both ends w/heavy color break along right hinge. Header card has been folded over w/corner tip wear and box shows moderate scattered wear w/corner tip wear. Top right corner has .5" tear at front right corners and 1" tear on back panel at right. Styrofoam insert present, but has .5x1.25" piece missing from above gun. Box is VG overall. Complete w/all paperwork, but missing original paperwork baggie. 1984 checklist missing. One sticker is missing from sticker sheet. Figure shows little wear and is Exc. Among the most desirable Series 1 Transformers toys.
