Item Description
Complete hanging display consists of six separate pieces; measuring between 5.75x9.25" and 12x17". Mobile style display advertises set of four "Star Wars" character glasses by Libbey Glass issued by Burger King restaurants in 1978. Glasses were obtained w/purchase of regular size serving of Coca-Cola for 59¢. Glasses feature Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia w/Obi-Wan Kenobi, Han Solo and Chewbacca, Darth Vader and Grand Moff Tarkin w/Stormtrooper as well as C-3PO and R2-D2. All four glasses are shown on main portion of display while the four smaller sections that hung at bottom of display are devoted to an individual glass; a different section was replaced each week while promotion ran. Thin plastic display shows some edge wear and Darth Vader glass section has sliver of staining along edge. Fine/VF to Exc. overall.
