Item Description
1-7/8x3.25" personal calling card w/printed Annie Oakley name has been signed on reverse in black ink by Oakley (1860-1926), known for her proficiency as a sharpshooter and for her legendary status as a Wild West folk heroine. She later starred in Buffalo Bill's Wild West traveling show. Card has slightest trace of soiling on reverse, but not affecting signature and not overly distracting. VF/Exc. A desirable Wild West signature, further enhanced by being on one of Oakley's personal calling cards. Comes w/JSA LOA. Newton Powers Tomkinson Collection (see Featured Collection bio online).
