Item Description
From same series as previous lots. Harry Lord made his MLB debut in 1907 for the Boston (AL) club where he would remain until midway through the 1910 season when he moved on to the Chicago White Sox for the remainder of his Major League career, finishing up w/one season in the short-lived Federal League in 1915 w/Buffalo. Primarily a third baseman throughout his career, Lord finished w/a respectable .278 batting average over his nine big league seasons. The PSA 4.5 is a high grade for this tough series of postcards. Back is unused. PSA census report indicates that there have only been five examples of this card ever graded by PSA w/this beauty being the highest ever graded. Recently graded and fresh to the market.
