Item Description
6x9-1/8" four-page catalog folder opens to reveal two-page spread advertising the "Superman Krypto-Raygun" by Daisy Manufacturing Company. 1940. Action image of Superman as well as image of the gun itself are pictured on front and center spread features large gun image as well as Model No. "Superman Krypto-Raygun Super Package" and Model No. 96 "Superman Cinematic Picture Pistol" boxed sets (see following lots) and other boxed Daisy projector pistols, one showing an additional "Superman" boxed set. Back of catalog features ads for other Daisy guns. Folder has even lt. aging and shows some scattered wear w/faint pencil/eraser mark on front cover (in the second letter of large "Toys" text). Right edge has some small tears, largest is .25". VF overall. Very rare w/few known examples, this being just the second we've offered in our 57 years. Harry Matetsky Collection.
