Item Description
22x30" on uncoated stock. Art by Eldon Dedini. Promoting a concert at Monterey Fairgrounds on Sat. Sept. 5 w/lovely portrait of Baez. At this point the folk singer was in a relationship w/Bob Dylan who was a surprise guest at this show. Baez had recorded renditions of several Dylan-penned songs, helping propel him into international stardom. Several tears repaired w/archival tape on verso. Edge wear including losses. Horizontal band of toning at top affecting portrait. Good. Rare and worthy of professional conservation.
