Item Description
September 1958. Each artboard is 13.5x20" with pencils by Jack Keller and inks by Christopher Rule. Story is titled "Shoot Out In Silver City!" Complete six page story, featuring Kid Colt drawn into a posse and finding a guilty young man and taking the blame himself and escaping. Lt. aging/handling wear. Kid Colt bar at top is a stat. Title circle had paste up individual letters that are mostly missing and remainder taped. A few small tape stain spots. 1958 Comic Code stamps on page backs and ©1984 MCG reprint stamps. Exc. Jack Keller (1922-2003) was an American comic book artist best known for his 1950s and 1960s work on the Atlas/Marvel Comics Western character Kid Colt Outlaw.
