1.5x7x10.5" hardcover bound volume contains original issues #39 (March 1963) through #53 (November 1963). Marvel. Stan Lee stories. Covers by Jack Kirby, Don Heck. Art by Don Heck, Dick Ayers, Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, Paul Reinman, George Roussos and Sol Brodsky. Key first appearances of Tony Stark, Iron Man Model 1 and Model 2, Pepper Potts, Happy Hogan, Mandarin, Black Widow, Crimson Dynamo and more. Issues have been trimmed and bound but covers/pages remain bright and clean. Issue #49 has slt. upper edge mis-cut which can happen when trimmed. 15 complete issues. Spine has gold lettering "Iron Man, TOS 39-53, R.C.S.". Pages have just lt. even aging and are off-white. Inner covers exhibit lt. edge tanning. Lt. handling wear. Issues Fine to VF/NM as bound.
