Boldly signed at center of cover design by Kurt Cobain "Kurdt" in black felt tip marker. 7" 45 rpm black vinyl record w/wide center hole and yellow labels without mention of Erika records. Released Sep. 1, 1990. Housed in original fold open sleeve that retains the undetached subscription form for the Sub Pop Singles Club. Trivial bend at top right of sleeve not affecting signature. VG+. Record has no visible scratches on either side. NM. Comes w/original clear plastic sleeve that retains Portland, OR "2nd Avenue Records 11-19-90 $2.99" price sticker.
