Boldly signed on cover by Kurt Cobain "Kurdt" in black felt tip marker. 12" 33 1/3 rpm blue marbled vinyl record w/DGC black labels. Limited edition of 15,000. Released Dec. 15, 1992. Housed in original sleeve and retains original printed inner sleeve. Only minor handling to sleves both VG+. Record has no signs of wear. NM. Cover art is a painting by Cobain w/signature near the stem of poppy flower remaining clean and prominent. Exc. Comes w/Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
