Item Description
4.5x10.25x3.75" deep box contains 9.75" long mostly tin litho car. Made in Taiwan, c. 1970s. Box has lt. aging/wear. Lid has a small edge stain and two surface punctures on close inspection. One spot has red touch-up but still displays VF. Car is designed with hard plastic canopy that includes simulated warning light unit plus back has exhaust port and tubes. Tin litho Batman and Robin figures have movable hard vinyl heads, detailed interior includes red Batphone and other detailing including "Batman" illustrated logo on hood and name on each side door plus bat symbols on hubcaps. Toy features bump-and-go action as well as "Blinking Warning Light And Jet Engine Noise." Car did work when tested, light and action took much coaxing. Scarce red color car and matching red car on box lid.
