Item Description
From same series as previous lot. Front panel "card" is #8 "Long John Silver" from Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island. Lt. trace of wear/aging, lt. crease across bottom edge. VG/EX. A rarely seen issue (until now we have only offered a few in our 58 years), these cards are highly sought after by non-sport collectors. The last example we offered was in our Feb. 2021 auction, where #7 in similar condition sold for $713.
