Item Description
22-1/8x28.25" thin cardboard poster for March 7, 1955 "Top 10 Rhythm & Blues Review" concert that took place at the Memorial Auditorium in Chattanooga, TN featuring Faye Adams, The Clovers, Big Joe Turner, Bill Doggett, The Charms, Lowell Fulson, Paul Williams and his Big Band, The Moonglows, Al Jackson, The Moonlighters as well as "Internationally Famous Exotic Dancers" The Spence Twins. All but last four acts listed here are depicted w/photos along w/a few noting one or two song titles by their names. Poster was printed by Globe Poster of Baltimore, MD and shows obvious wear to upper right corner, which has moisture staining and 1.5" and 3" tears w/archival tape repairs/reinforcements added on back. Notable chipping to corner/corner edge. Right and bottom margins are aged. VG overall.
