The 1961 Topps Baseball set consists of 587 cards.  With the exception of some of the specialty cards, Topps returned to a vertical format with their 1961 cards, which bear a large color photograph of the player on each card's front, with his name and team affiliation printed across the bottom.  

William Stanley MazeroskI, nicknamed "Maz" and "the Glove", is an American former second baseman in Major League Baseball (MLB) who played his entire career for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1956 to 1972. Career highlights include eight time Gold Glove Award, 10 time All-Star and two time World Series champion. Mazeroski was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2001. Robert Bartmess Friend (1930 - 2019) was an American professional baseball player. Career highlights include being a one time MLB wins leader, four time All-Star and one time World Series champion. Both autographs are distinct and well placed along the bottom of the card. This signed copy is one of only eight examples ever graded by PSA with only one other graded higher.
