From 1943 and advertises the series of buttons that were included 1 per package. One side prominently features example buttons from both the insignia and airplane series while the other side features the beanie cap that was available for two box tops and 10¢ (See item #2166). This side also prominently features example buttons shown on and around the beanie as well as around a cereal box. Original fold lines have a number of small tears/splits with clear tape repairs to the blank reverse side. Moderate to heavy scattered dust soiling. Additional scattered handling wear but overall colors remain bright and strong. VG. Rare.
