20x30" overall. Double mat with 4.5x14" opening holds fabric iron on "Babe Ruth Lettering" (4.5" each) and round "Official Babe Ruth Uniform" patch (3.5" dia.). Matted below is 4x9" envelope with illustrations and instructions for application. 1930s. Possibly issued as a premium. First we've seen. Upper portion of frame has an 8x12" printed photo of Babe with bat. Photo is recent, but makes for a great display. All displays VF. Ready to hang.
