13.25x16.25" frame contains vintage sepia toned photo portrait showing Hoover, who has signed in black ink "The Kind Regards Of Herbert Hoover." Photo shows some aging at right and left-hand sides with 1" tear at middle right margin, none of these minor problems affect portrait or inscription which remain Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
