Attractive 1" litho unlisted in our Hoover section of the Hake books. Rim slogans are "It's An Elephant's Job - No Time For 'Donkey-Business'!" Also in tiny text is a copyright symbol plus 1932 C.L. Robinson. Pictured is the "GOP" elephant pushing a truck inscribed "U.S. & Co." up a muddy road. A sun above the truck symbolizes the dawn of a new day. Couple pinpoints of paint loss under magnification but still displays N. Mint. Scarce.
