This piece is unlisted in Hake and measures 2.25x7.5" with the thick brass medal measuring 1-5/8". Top has brass bar with blank cardboard insert. Rwb ribbon has small .5" dia. area of slight fabric separation on the center white stripe. This ribbon has a clamp joining a horizontal bar on the blank reverse of the medal which replicates the Ohio state seal. Behind the medal and just below its bottom edge, the fabric of the ribbon has some very slight separation of the individual threads but nothing of much seriousness. Ribbon is inscribed "County Chairman/Roosevelt Ohio Meeting/Aug. 20, 1932 Columbus." A rare piece and given the title "County Chairman" only a very small number would have been issued.
