A gorgeous embossed brass shell 1" across from the closing years for this type of item. Top has a spread-winged eagle with a pair of enamel paint accent flags below plus a wreath across the bottom all enclosing in a raised brass frame a cardboard real photo of the candidates. Superb N. Mint condition with near 100% luster and enamel paint. Rarely found this nice.
